Linara (formerly The Estates at Avenstar)

Four-bedroom floor plans are rare in Houston rental stock, and Linara carries one among six plans that run from a 660-square-foot one-bedroom up to roughly 1,378 square feet. The community occupies a large two-story site on Briar Forest Drive near the Sam Houston Tollway, at the western edge of the Briar Forest corridor where it meets the Energy Corridor. It has changed names as well as hands, having operated previously as The Estates at Avenstar.

A 1970s build of this scale needs continuous reinvestment, and the current ownership markets renovated interiors with updated finishes, individual climate control and washer and dryer connections.
