Bellrock Sawyer Yards

Sawyer Street forms the eastern edge of the Sawyer Yards arts district, and Bellrock Sawyer Yards sits on it, a one- and two-bedroom community operated by CWS. Apartments come with one or two bathrooms, and the building’s shared space is weighted toward the outdoors.

A courtyard pool sits at the center, with a rooftop lounge and seating above it and landscaped areas between, described by the operator as space for both quiet and gathering.

Buffalo Bayou Park is close to the south, and the galleries, breweries and boutique shops of the arts district are the immediate neighbors. Memorial Park, the Houston Zoo and the Galleria are drives rather than walks, but Downtown is minutes out and I-10 runs just north, which makes this a workable base for Downtown employees who want a First Ward address instead of a high-rise.
