One of the largest rental communities in Spring Branch Central, Caldera stretches along the 8700 block of Hammerly Boulevard in three-story buildings behind a gated perimeter fence. The property carried the name Hammerly Oaks before the Caldera rebrand, and Portico Property Management runs it now.

Eleven floor plans cover studios through two bedrooms, with the studios priced among the least expensive rental options inside Beltway 8.
