Vantage Med Center

Holcombe Boulevard runs along the southern flank of the Texas Medical Center, and Vantage Med Center is the 22-story tower on it — built to LEED Silver certification and managed by Greystar. One- to three-bedroom homes range from about 616 to just under 2,000 square feet.

Amenities are unusually resort-like for a med center building: an infinity-edge pool with private cabanas, a full-service spa with an on-site massage therapist, a fitness center, landscaped courtyards with outdoor kitchens, and a dog park.

Baylor College of Medicine is a thirteen-minute walk, and Hermann Park and the Houston Zoo are roughly the same. Dryden/TMC Station on the Red Line is under a mile on foot, which puts the rest of the med center, the Museum District and downtown on one rail line.
