Elle at The Medical Center (formerly The Elle Collection)

Now marketed as Elle at The Medical Center, the El Mundo Street property previously branded The Elle Collection is really three adjoining communities under one leasing operation: Elle with one- to three-bedroom apartments, Vie with one- and two-bedrooms, and Plaza with two- and three-bedroom townhomes. Greystar runs all three. Select homes have attached garages, rare in the Texas Medical Center rental market.

A shuttle to the Texas Medical Center is offered to residents, and the grounds hold resort-style pools, fitness centers, resident lounges, grilling areas and open green space behind gated access. Interiors have open-concept layouts with granite counters, soaking tubs and private patios.

The site lies south of the med center near Brays Bayou, with NRG Stadium and Hermann Park both close and downtown a straightforward drive up Almeda or Main.
