Built in 2018 on Highway 6 just south of I-10, Broadstone Energy Park is a three-story community wrapped around three landscaped courtyards at the western end of Memorial / Energy Corridor. Greystar manages it. One- and two-bedroom plans run roughly 639 to 1,361 square feet, with ten-foot ceilings, granite counters, stainless appliances, in-unit washers and dryers and oversized balconies; residents choose between two finish packages.
The courtyards carry much of the amenity program: a resort-style pool, a separate 62-foot lap pool and a Zen-style retreat area. Indoors there is a 24-hour fitness center with a yoga and spin studio, a clubroom with billiards, a business center, a conference room and a hospitality lounge with beverage service. The community is gated and smoke-free, and parking is charged monthly.
Highway 6 and I-10 put the BP and Shell Woodcreek campuses within a few minutes, and the site sits nearer the Addicks and Bear Creek side of the Corridor than Memorial City. The practical fit is energy-sector commuters who want recent construction and a lap pool without inner-loop rents.
