The Atlantic Memorial takes an unusual form for the area, mixing single-level homes with three-story plans across its North Eldridge Parkway site in Memorial / Energy Corridor. Floor plans cover one, two and three bedrooms from about 628 to 1,766 square feet, with ten-foot ceilings, granite counters, programmable thermostats and washer-dryer sets included. Atlantic Pacific Companies owns and operates it.

North Eldridge is the spine of the Corridor’s office district, so the BP, Shell and Citgo campuses are minutes away, and the Katy Freeway feeder is close for trips east to Memorial City Mall and CityCentre. The property puts downtown at roughly a 23-minute drive, with bus service available from the corridor.
