Springwoods Village is a Howard Hughes master plan distinct from The Woodlands, built out around the ExxonMobil campus where I-45, the Grand Parkway and the Hardy Toll Road converge, and The Mark at CityPlace stands at the center of its CityPlace district. Fein Communities developed the six-story concrete-and-steel building, which opened in 2017 with one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
The amenity program occupies the sixth floor: a fitness center with long views over the district, separate spin and training rooms, a social lounge, a spa relaxation room, a demonstration kitchen with a private dining room, media rooms, an outdoor kitchen, a pet spa and package lockers.
The ExxonMobil campus is directly across the street, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s headquarters, HP Inc., ABS, Southwestern Energy and CHI St. Luke’s Health are close enough to reach on foot or by bike. CityPlace holds restaurants, a Star Cinema Grill, a hotel, a main plaza and a lake system, and the Spring Creek Greenway trail network connects directly to the property. The Woodlands, with Market Street and the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion, is a few minutes north up I-45.
