Now branded Arise Magnolia Park, this Sherman Street community in Magnolia Park was previously known as Plaza de Magnolia, and the older name still appears on listing sites and inside the operator’s own web address. Arise Property Management runs it. One- to three-bedroom apartments range from about 698 to 1,060 square feet, with quartz counters, stainless appliances, in-unit washers and dryers, and private patios or balconies.
For a property dating to the mid-1990s the amenity list has been brought forward: a fitness center, a swimming pool, a courtyard with grilling stations, a resident lounge with a coffee bar, a co-working space and a playground, plus a gated entrance and assigned parking.
Magnolia Park sits east of the main EaDo development wave, a long-established Houston neighborhood closer to the Ship Channel than to the stadiums. Rents run well under those on Navigation or Capitol, and the trade-off is a car-dependent location with fewer walkable destinations. Search under both names to avoid missing availability.
