Arrive River Oaks (formerly Gables West Ave)

Arrive River Oaks was Gables West Ave until 2018, when FPA Multifamily and Trinity Property Consultants bought the Kirby Drive mixed-use block and rebranded both halves; the shopping component became Shops at Arrive. The seven-story building dates to 2009 and sits directly above two levels of retail at Kirby and Westheimer, with tenants that have included Tootsies and Eddie V’s.

After the sale the new owners expanded the fitness center, reworked the pool area and improved the dog park. Residents have a rooftop pool and sundeck, a concierge, a business center with executive workspace, gated access and on-site management. Homes span roughly 750 to 1,500 square feet with in-unit laundry and granite counters.

Upper Kirby’s walkable core is the real draw: groceries, restaurants and services are steps away, while Downtown, Memorial Park and the Texas Medical Center are each a short drive. Trinity Property Consultants manages the apartments.
