La Maison River Oaks

Four stories of one- and two-bedroom apartments wrap four landscaped courtyards at La Maison River Oaks, a 2008 community on Revere Street just off the Kirby Drive corridor in Upper Kirby. Greystar manages it, and entry is gated.

Two pools, a fitness center, a clubhouse lounge and a fenced dog park account for most of the shared space. Homes run from roughly 700 to 1,250 square feet, with hardwood-style flooring in some plans and in-unit appliances throughout.

The address sits between Uptown and Downtown, close enough to the Westheimer and Kirby retail for most errands without fronting either. Memorial Park, the Theater District and Minute Maid Park are all reachable in a short drive, and US 59 is the usual route toward the Texas Medical Center.
