Camden Greenway

Across Audley Street from Levy Park, Camden Greenway spreads a garden-style community across several low-rise buildings inside the Loop, where Upper Kirby meets the Greenway Plaza office district. Camden owns and manages it, and the layout leans on landscaped courtyards and tree-lined walking paths rather than a single tower entrance.

The shared amenities are unusually deep for a garden property: four pools, a multi-level fitness center open around the clock, and a social lounge with a kitchen, billiards and poker tables.
