Now operating as The Biltmore, the Six Pines Drive community was previously branded Avana Six Pines. Knightvest Management runs it and has taken the interiors through a refresh: granite or quartz counters, wood-style flooring, updated appliances and in-unit washers and dryers across eight one- and two-bedroom plans, the smallest under 600 square feet. The three-story buildings date to 1984 and stand in Grogan’s Mill, the first village developed in The Woodlands.
Three pools, a 24-hour fitness center with replaced cardio and weight equipment, a clubhouse, putting greens, a spa and package lockers make up the shared amenities, and the grounds connect to the walking and biking pathways that run throughout The Woodlands.
Six Pines Drive continues north from here into Town Center, putting The Woodlands Mall, Market Street and Waterway Square within a short drive. I-45 is the route south toward Springwoods Village and Downtown Houston, roughly 30 miles away, and The Woodlands sits in Montgomery County rather than inside Houston.
