Houston’s tallest residential building, Brava rises 46 stories at Milam Street across from Market Square Park. Hines developed it with Cresset Wealth Advisors and Levy Family Partners; Munoz + Albin designed the tower, rotating the floor plates 45 degrees off the street grid so windows look down avenues rather than at neighboring buildings, with interiors by MaRS.
Amenity space is split high and low: a zero-edge pool with cabanas on the tenth level and a sky deck with dining space at the top of the building, plus a fitness center, coworking rooms, resident lounges, guest suites, a pet spa and a bike shop. Ten penthouses on levels 44 and 45 run from about 1,700 to nearly 3,000 square feet. Valet parking and 24-hour concierge are standard, and roughly 6,800 square feet of street-level retail wraps the base.
The site sits where the Central Business District, Theater District and Historic District meet, which is why Hines cites a Walk Score of 97 here. Office towers, theater venues and Market Square’s restaurants are all walkable, and the building is targeting LEED Gold.
